What We Need to Get Started for You
Here's what you need to sign up:
- An active authority
- Qualified driver
- References
- Copy of CDL for each driver being dispatched
- Signed W-9
- Proof of insurance - we require a minimum of $1,000,000 in auto-liability & $100,000 in cargo coverage
- Signed dispatcher-carrier agreement & power of attorney
- Completed carrier profile form
- Signed short form dispatcher agreement
- Signed payment authorization form
